Advocating for the Homeless, providing medical respite and resources
For God is the one who provides seed for the farmer and then bread to eat. In the same way, he will provide and increase your resources and then produce a great harvest of generosity in you.

SCROLL
The result of the housing first model is impressive: 4 out of 5 homeless people will be able to keep their flat for a long time with “Housing First” and lead a more stable and healthy life.
Medical Respite follows the housing-first approach. This is proven to be effective for several reasons:
1
Urban Density means more scattered site housing in mixed-income neighborhoods. It also means community-based treatment teams don't have to travel as far.
2
The entire country has one emergency shelter with 50 beds. This reduction in cost frees up funding for rent subsidies.
3
Better walkability and Transit means less loneliness and more employment opportunities nearby once housed.
What is Medical Respite Care?
Medical respite care is acute and post-acute care for people experiencing homelessness who are not ill enough to remain in a hospital but are too ill to recover on the streets.
